INTRODUCTION
This easy-to-follow, step-by-step program is designed to take a brand new agent from zero to become a real estate hero. It takes each step and explains in the simplest of terms, not so much why to do it but more on how to do it.
It is designed with no specific franchise or company branding in mind. It doesn’t follow any particular company training syllabus, or use any particular company software or programs.
It only uses those tools and programs that can be found on the Association/MLS sites and other publicly available resources. There may be some fees or costs associated with implementing this program depending on what tools you choose to use. We try to use the free or cheapest route first.
You can follow step by step, miss out on some steps or modify it in any way you see fit to suit your business model.

It must be remembered that this is just a 101 program. It will not take you to be a top multi million-dollar producer. It is purely to start you from zero to the point that you can make a reasonable income within the first year. Depending on your location, average price range, time available, and other resources, somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 transactions, or about $50,000 per year.
